Before placing a bet on Sportbook, make sure you fully understand the odds and betting markets. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is using Sportbook's cash-out option, where available.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to every bet. Sportbook reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected. Placing bets on multiple markets within the same match is permitted, however parlay bets on correlated outcomes may not be accepted.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded.
• Sportbook's specific policy applies in the case of partially completed matches.
• Odds may change during live betting due to delays.
• Sportbook reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrectly displayed odds.
• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant sport or event.
• Sportbook reserves the right to correct any bets that were settled incorrectly due to a system error.

Sportbook supports a range of payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services. Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24–72 hours, though verification delays may extend this timeframe.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is an important security measure to prevent money laundering. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is subject to change from time to time.

• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Any payment processing fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
• Applicable exchange rates will apply to any currency conversions.
• Payments may be delayed due to bank holidays or technical issues.

Sportbook offers a variety of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the bonus offer page. Reading these terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement means you must wager ৳30,000 before withdrawing. Bonuses must be used within a specified validity period — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

• Each promotion may only be participated in once.
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage, use of bots, or similar activity — will result in account termination.
• Bonus usage may be restricted to certain games or markets.
• Cash deposits and bonus balances are separate — your real balance is used first.

Sportbook is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another family member's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting system bugs or technical errors for gain.
• Meeting wagering requirements through bonus arbitrage or low-risk bets.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment information.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Users may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Before closing, all active bets should be settled and any available balance should be withdrawn.

Sportbook reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or regulatory directives. In such cases, any verified real-money balance will be refunded, though bonus funds may be forfeited.

• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (12 months).
• You have the right to appeal against account suspension.
• A self-excluded user's account will remain locked for the specified duration.

Sportbook is not responsible for betting outcomes. Betting carries inherent risk, and winning is never guaranteed. Sportbook will not be held liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnections, technical failures, or other issues that prevent a bet from being placed.

Sportbook is not liable for issues arising from third-party services such as payment gateways or internet service providers. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sportbook reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Sportbook believes betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we take responsible gaming seriously and provide tools to help users stay in control.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at your convenience.

• Cooling-Off Period: 24 hours to 30 days.
